Designed for use with cats and dogs, this vitamin K-1 supplement is useful for several applications. It can be used to counter interference with the metabolism of vitamin K-1, and it can also be used to help pets recovering from accidental ingestion of rodent pesticides. There are 50 vitamin K-1 pet supplements per bottle.How it Works
The body uses Vitamin K1 to product prothrombin, a blood-clotting protein.
Special Precautions
- When larger doses of Vitamin K1 are administered, your pet may exhibit temporary resistance to prothrombin-depressing anticoagulant medications
- If no response is noted, this could mean that the supplemented condition is not responsive to Vitamin K1.
- Phytonadione will not counteract the anticoagulant activity of heparin.
- Speak with your veterinarian before beginning treatment and follow their directions carefully

Store at room temperature between 59°-86°F (15°-30°C)

Phytonadione (Vitamin K-1), Whey, Sucrose, Cellulose, Liver Powder, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, and Iron Oxide.
2.5 to 5 mg/kg body weight (1 tablet per 22 lb. for higher dosages) once a day for up to three (3) weeks or as determined by a veterinarian.
