The product works well, but there is a real problem that you have yet to address. I’m sure you will try to blame this on your delivery company, but that’s truly not the case. Once I ordered the The product and the money was actually taken from my account, it is always at least two weeks before you ship it out to the delivery company. This is totally unacceptable. That means that you have set on the order for at least two weeks without processing it. You took my money and never took action. That was at least until I sent you a message after the third message Been sent to you, you finally started processing the order. Once the order was being processed, I received it in a timely manner fashion. But it is obvious that tractor supply was sitting on my money and not shipping out my products. Again to take someone money for two weeks in advance before even shipping it out and just sitting on the money almost as if so you could draw extra interest and benefits yourself without shipping out a product is totally unacceptable to me. Because of your lack of customer service, even after I called and you put me on hold for over two hours and still never answered the phone, Which at that time I finally hung up and just requested a call back, Which Callback came to me at 11:21 PM in the dead of the night, your customer service SUCKS!!!

Really needed this and was suppose to be delivered the following week. No response from tractor supply but I was charged for it
