- A: Here is the information we received from the vendor- The squared tip will fit into a 3 jaw chuck by twisting the tip firmly into place. If you happen to have a smaller drill, it may take a little effort to work the tip in.3 years agoHelpful?

The bulb planting auger is what I've been looking for a long time. It'll be used to transplant tomatoes, peppers, watermelons, and other seedlings.

Junk. 3 tiny tack welds hold the augur to the shaft and will break loose on day 1. If you happen to be a welder then maybe go ahead.
No, I do not recommend this product.
