The Turf Sense 25 lb. Sun and Shade Mix Grass Seed is a premium seed mix that grows and survives in areas of sunlight and partial shade to build a thick, green lawn that lasts. Use this grass seed to grow a beautiful new lawn or overseed your current lawn. Additionally, this mix can be used to repair thinning areas and bare spots. The grass seed requires moderate watering after establishment and has a strong resistance against insects and disease. It covers up to 8,300 sq. ft. of area.
