The Troy-Bilt 16 in. 42cc Gas TB4216 Chainsaw features a 42cc, full crank, 2-cycle engine. This gas chainsaw comes with SpringAssist technology for easier pull starts and a 16 in. low-kickback bar and chain cuts through limbs fast. The adjustable, automatic bar and chain oiler ensures proper lubrication, while the automatic, inertia-activated chain brake adds operator safety. The 3-point anti-vibration handles and lightweight design allows for easier handling and greater comfort. This Troy-Bilt chainsaw comes with 2-cycle engine oil and a 2-year limited warranty.

Great gift and a good quality tool

I acquired a Troy Bilt 16" gas saw as a gift. It hasnt let me down once and ive used it at least 7 times in the last 5 months or so since i got it. I would certainly recommend to a friend or family member. The price is literally steal of a deal. It does everything my Stihl does. AlWays starts right up

Best to avoid

Right out of the box this saw would not start.the bulb used to get the fuel to the motor wasnt functional. I am returning this saw. I thought Troy Built had good equipment, apparently not.

Powerful Little Chainsaw

I bought this a month ago to go through a 51’ spruce that came down on our property. This was my first chainsaw purchase. I debated a larger model, but considering the size of the property and other tasks I would need it for, decided on the 16”. This thing cut through this tree like a hot knife through butter! It was super easy to start up and the power is unbelievable! I am extremely happy with this purchase. I am not one that likes mixing fuel, so I needed up purchasing the premixed 40:1 which has everything added for you, fool proof. I would highly recommend this brand and chainsaw!
