Bad service, and not getting told the truth.

3 times at the store, to check on shackles, after ordering. Store tried 3 times to get shackles from different stores. I kept getting told they shipped from each store. But never arrived. I finally after 4 weeks went to store and cancelled order. 1 week later store called and said shackles were in. Store never cancelled order.
