I give Tractor Supply advertising and service one star.  The product pictured here is the Toro CONVENTIONAL 10W30, part #38280 and NOT the Toro FULL SYNTHETIC 10W30 oil, part #138-6085A.  I ordered and paid for the SYNTHETIC online for store pickup.  Unfortunately, they gave me the CONVENTIONAL oil and, shame on me, I didn’t check the bag and drove home.  I later discovered the error and called TS.  They said I had to come back to the store to get the right oil because they could not credit me for the price difference over the phone.  When I returned the wrong oil, it took twenty minutes to convince three different people who worked at TS what had happened.  I pointed out the photo error on their website and even noted it’s been discussed before in the reviews, responded to by TS, but not fixed!  I finally convinced them to let me exchange the oil.  Their accounting system couldn’t handle the exchange but they finally let me go.  I’m still getting texts about this order from TS days after I picked it up… Hopefully, this one star review will get Tractor Supply to fix their website, accounting system and training. The oil is fine meets Toro’s warranty specs and for $1 more, I think the synthetic is worth it.
