Website needs help

The item works well but when I tried to purchase it on the website the website completed the sale but then I received an email that the bolts I purchased were not available so I agreed to not pick them up and the website canceled the entire order. Then when I tried to purchase only the hub again the sale was completed and another email saying that item was not available. Purchased items from the tractor supply website seems to have serious issues

The original hub that came on these machines was much heavier and had more support welded in. This is exactly whats pictured, and while it works, you can definitely see and feel a difference in build quality.
