I'm sorry that you had this issue at your local store. Our policy is that a customer owned tank of that size is acceptable for exchange, what you read on the cage is accurate; and customer exchanging that customer owned cylinder would have to sign a Cylinder Ownership Acknowledgement form that states the cylinder being provided is customer owned.
