The item in question is for the gas in the cylinder. If you have your own customer owned cylinder, you would exchange it, for this item; swapping you empty COC for a Full COC. If you do not have a customer owned cylinder, you would need to purchase a tank, in addition to this item.

Asked by: Ninjagenius
Do you have papers stating that you own the tank? Most cylinders that have been stamped are not customer owned.
