Need training. Called before going as it was a 45 minute drive to Crossville and our local TSC in Sparta does not handle filling or exchanging tanks other than propane and Cookville was out. We were told they had a size 3 exchange tank and that they had put eyes on. They lied. They did not have a size 3. They did have a size 4, so we paid for the upgrade. First one they loaded did not have the orange tag on it showing it was full. I pointed it out and they loaded the full one. Took 4 people in total to help us because apparently they weren’t trained on the acetylene tank exchange.
