- A: Thank you for your question. The sku in question if for the filled gas contents only. Thoroughbred is a customer owner cylinder exchange program. If you own a size #3 qualified working condition oxygen tank, then you may exchange only purchasing the contents for another cylinder. - A: Thank you for your question. Thoroughbred is a customer owned cylinder exchange program. You purchase the cylinder and then the gas initially. At that point in time, you would just exchange and pay for the gas contents. We do sell prefilled tanks, if you have a customer owned cylinder to exchange, you would pay for content only. If you do not have a cylinder for exchange, you would purchase the cylinder and the content that fills that cylinder. Poor service
a year ago
Tractor supply has not had #3 Oygen refills for over 2 months in a 100 mile radius of where I live. Central Texas, not sure what the issue is but have not been able to get an answer from local employees.
