Q: Will this welder run off a genrator
3 months ago- A: Yes, the Lincoln Electric Weld‑Pak® 225i can run on a generator, as long as the generator is properly sized and produces stable power. The Weld‑Pak 225i draws up to 28 amps at 230V when operating at maximum output, so an undersized or unstable generator may limit performance or cause the machine to shut down. For lighter-duty work, the welder can also operate on 120V, but output will be reduced accordingly.3 months agoHelpful?
