Absolutely horrible experience, ordered online and received two pair of boots that’s was both wrong , they use third party for Thorgoods , and once returned they are saying they didn’t receive so getting my money back is become a struggle , been a month long process and still not resolved

Very comfortable and I love the fact that there Made in the USA and employee owned.Worth every penny and the recondition options are great. I have plantar fasciitis and these don’t bother my feet at all, if anything they help.
