Boots are comfortable straight out of the box. I use in a variety of terrain from concrete/asphalt to hills/pastures and my feet are the only part of me not hurting at the end of the day. I average 6-10 miles of walking every day and I am very hard on these boots. Only time will tell how they’ll hold up but so far so good 2 months in.

The most comfortable boot i have ever owned. I've had Carolinas , Thorogood's and many others. They dont even come close to these boots.

I got a pair or the Ariat 8inch rebar lift waterproof mock toe boots as a Christmas gift this past year. Have been in construction for nearly 30 years of my life. Most of it as a framer and more recently as a small business owner. These boots are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have bought and worn Timberland Pro's and Timberlands, Georgia Boots, Red Wings, and many other cheaper boots as well. But for the price point of a better made quality boot, these by far have a more comfortable sole and solid support than any other boot that I have owned. So comfortable that I thought I should write a review about it. So if you thinking about buying a set you most likely will be amazed at the comfort after the first day you wear them. I will say these boots are out of the box comfortable, best feeling and all day boot I've had so far. Light weight, helped my knees and feet. These would be great for people who are on smooth concrete all day. The problem is have is that the bottom is made of such a material that slightly hot material will melt in them. These are not boots you can wear as a welder, or doing any type e of cut off weather its torch or grinder, and These are not boots that hold up for rail road standards. If you have a warehouse job or work entirely in doors, These boots are great. But if you have an outdoor job or a hard skills trade job, These boots are not made for you.
