Served its purpose

Hit or miss with this, I have had 8 bales delivered every other month for 8 months and 3 times it was really heavy, nice, tight bales. 1 time the bales were so loose they were falling apart where they delivered them, couldn't even pick them up to get them in the field to the goat houses. I had to get the wheel barrel and scoop it up the best I could since we have a gravel driveway and it had been raining for a week, it was flooded and muddy. Would have helped if they had delivered them onto the carport but it is what it is. I don't have a way to pick them up and see them before I buy them or I would not have bought junk like that and couldn't return them since they were falling apart and soaking wet. Roadie didn't take any responsibility for how they were delivered in the rain and tractor supply said they filled the order they got. That was the last order so in the future I will go to tractor supply and see them before I place the order and make sure to only order when it's not raining because I can't be home all day waiting for them.

Multi purpose straw. I have used for chicken run and as mulch & covering of vegetable garden plants, especially strawberries.
