Good money saver
The netting on this hay bag is thinner and lighter weight than the first nets I purchased 2 years ago which were all black (not black and blue), so I don't know if it will hold up as long. I like that it has a metal ring on the bottom! These nets are great for slowing down consumption and I have NO wasted hay.

Shire hay bag

The strongest hay bag I have found. My Frisian horse is very hard on them.

Really Nice Net!
This net is hardy. It's also easy to tie and untie due to the slick nylon of the rope. This really speeds up the chore of feeding our impatient donkey.

Heavy duty and holds at least half a bale. Very happy with this hay net.

Thumbs up from both humans and horses!
I bought both this one and a slightly cheaper haynet and this was definitely worth the extra cost....I just ordered a second. The other (cheaper) one has 3 big holes in it already and thus is no longer slow feed (of course the horses love it though, since they can dump it all over the ground and eat it up fast). This one has held up to their best efforts to destroy it and doesn't have ANY damage to it - going strong after 2 months! They eat all the hay from it no problem. Also it says 14 lbs but I can cram almost an entire small bale in here (at least 30 lbs) if I put effort into it, which of course I do.
Yes, I recommend this product.
