Delivery miscommunication

The product is great and size is better than other stores. However , the delivery service (not the actually delivery) was helpful. It was delivered one week before agreed and only the fact that I was nearby to the delivery site was a problem avoided. I had made three phone calls because I felt the delivery was mixed up but no help.
