Smooth, easy delivery

Used TSC's delivery service, "Rodie." 32 bags of Scott's Mulch delivered and stacked neatly next to the garage. Arrived on time and the delivery person, Nicholas, went above and beyond on this 28 degree snow flurry day. Pleased with the Scott's brand and the great price of 4 for $10

pre-ordered mulch -- but had to go out 2 pull down

sorry, but staff should know when an item is ordered, WE WANT IT ON A CART AND READY TO LOAD UP INTO OUR CAR. I was surprised that the staff gal said for me to go out and pull it from stack in parking lot on a pallet. Not that I cannot do, but of course, then I get dirty and I had to sort through those that had a tear in them... I'M IN RETAIL TOO!! GET ORDERS READY TO LOAD UP INTO CUSTOMER'S CAR. DON'T MAKE A 70-YEAR OLD LADY DRIVE OUT TO 7 FT PILE OF BAGS TO UNLOAD HERSELF. OMG...basic what would make it easier for our customers to get this product home. Duh. Young people need ALOT OF TRAINING IN THINKING ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER.

Fades quickly

We bought 24 bags late April and put them down shortly after. The color is already faded and the mulch looks much older than it should. Disappointed as this has been our go to mulch for almost 20 years but the last 3 years it has not held up like years past.

For best results place the mulch when rain is not expected for 24 hours and do not water the area during that time either. If it rained within 24 hours of placing the mulch the color loss is usually isolated to the top 1/2 inch. Turning over the top inch of mulch should help with this. For optimum color throughout the year, the label instructions recommend turning the top inch of mulch every 3-4 months. We want you to be confident in our products. I bought 5 bags for new plants even though I read reviews of wood chunks and fast fading color. I purchased Earthgro in the past, and it was good. However, your product has changed drastically, and I am so disappointed in your product and company. This is a total rip-off, and you should be ashamed of fleecing your customers.
