Q: The Bead lights are inside the plastic tube, is it supposed to be like that? If I put bird seed inside the plastic tube it will cover the beaded lights.
22 days ago1 Answer
- A: Yes, the light beads are designed to be wrapped around the outside of the clear plastic center tube. You should place birdseed only inside this center tube; placing seeds in the outer gap between the tube and the mosaic glass may block the light's glow.20 days agoHelpful?

Q: I can’t see the lights when it’s filled with birdseed, am I doing something wrong?
a month ago1 Answer
- A: Please cross check your bird feeder based on following points: 1. Before using the product, please ensure the following: (1) Turn the switch to "ON". (2) Place the product in direct sunlight for 8–12 hours to fully charge the battery. After charging, the light will automatically turn on at night and turn off during the day. If it does not light up at night, please repeat the steps above. 2. Please make sure birdseed is placed only inside the clear plastic center tube (not between the tube and the mosaic glass). The lights beads are wrapped around the outside of this tube, so seeds in the outer gap may block the glow. 3. If the light still does not turn on at night after a full day of direct sunlight with the switch "ON", the rechargeable battery may be depleted. Replace it with a new Ni-MH AAA 1.2V battery (300mAh). Do not use a non-rechargeable alkaline battery, as this may damage the solar charging circuit.a month agoHelpful?

Q: Should there be a cover on the bottom to keep the seed in?
9 months ago1 Answer
- A: No, your Mosaic Bird Feeder does not need a cover on the bottom to keep the seed in; its design is meant to allow for drainage and easy access to fallen seeds. A dedicated tray or "catcher" is an optional addition you can purchase to prevent spilled seeds from creating a mess or weeds on the ground below, but this is not a part of the feeder's standard design.9 months agoHelpful?

Wholesome dog food
Unfortunately the kibble in Wholesomes Whitefish & Rice is simply too small for large breeds. It does nothing for their teeth and requires too much that the dogs become disinterested before finishing. While we purchase Wholesomes, we typically buy a different protein. Sadly, Tractor Supply seems to not carry enough of it regularly thus we were forced to but whitefish and rice.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Do not recommend

Owned for 6 months. It was pretty when the light worked. The light stopped working after a month. The light only worked for about an hour after dusk/dark when it did work. My primary reason for the poor rating is because the seeds don't flow freely into the tray. The birds really have to work to get at the seeds. Do not recommend.
