Q: We own 3 and LOVE these. However, we need replacement chains after a heavy racoon or possibly a bear got to two of them and mangled the chains. Where do I buy replacement chains? I called TS toll free customer service, was told to call the Mfr, no answer.

- A: Fill removable poly tray with water and attract bird species who wouldn't normally come to your feeders for seed, including insect and fruit eaters like the robins and bluebirds. Simply remove the water tray and fill mesh tray with any seed, fruit or nuts.6 years agoHelpful?
