- A: Hello, thank you for your question. According to Tarter, certain items have to ship on their trucks due to common carrier damage. They do not service the 11 westernmost states at the moment. Behlen does for TSC. Tarter is located in Ky. They tried to ship these items via LTL but carriers simply damaged these items more often than not which created a poor customer experience.11 months agoHelpful?
