Safe is amazing- customer service is non-existent.

This safe is over 500 pounds so I tried to get customer service on the phone to see if they could deliver inside the home. No-one answered after an hour on hold. I decided to order it anyway figuring that no-one would drop a 560# item off at the curb. When they called to schedule delivery, they said curb drop off only. I tried customer service again now that I had an order number, no answer after an hour. We ended up having to hire a safe moving company to move the item inside my home. That was an additional $400. I would have purchased a safe elsewhere had I been able to get that information up front. That's probably their customer service strategy. A 1 for customer service, a 5 for the safe so they get a 3.

I am so pleased with this safe. It is just what i was wanting. I ordered it online and everyone was so very helpful from ordering to delivering it. The young man that delivered it was so careful. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him a shout out! The price was right and it is roomy.
The shelves are nice and sturdy easy to adjust them higher or lower. It has lights on the inside. It's just a very nice safe. Well worth the money.

The safe is great! The communication for the delivery was terrible at best. They were supposed to give notice and did not. They just left it in our driveway and went on. I would recommend the safe but not the delivery.
