More heat than the Ceramic even with same wattage

I've tried both the Redstone Ceramic and Metal Utility/Multi-Purpose Heater for my freezing cold bathroom. I returned the Ceramic simply because the utility heater puts out more heat and heats up the bathroom quicker. Your clue is the larger heating surface area and the fan size; both are much bigger than the Ceramic. Another clue, for older folks who grew up in a 1950's to 1970's tract home, is the coiled metal heating elements in the Utility heater. Bathrooms on those older tract homes had built-in wall heaters with the same coiled metal heating elements but without the fan, and those heaters easily heated up the bathroom. Here's your best bathroom heater!

Dented

Bought from the store and when I got it out of the box it's already dented. Don't have time right now to take it back cause the store is 25 minutes away. I thought buying in store would be safe than having it shipped. I was wrong.

Dismal performance

Great price, so I ordered two! Right out of the box, I saw that I'd have to remove the screws for the handle from the body of the heater. No problem, right? Wrong. They were stripped and needed a putty knife to force them up as I backed them out. That's ok, I know how to do that. Put one together and plugged it in @ its highest setting and I'm so sorry. Barely any heat comes out and doesn't blow very far at all. I held my hand on the grate after it'd been in operation for several hours and I could count to 3 before I had to remove it. No blistering or redness at all. I've had hair blow dryers that got hotter than this! I'm gonna try the other one...might've been a fluke, right? What I can say good is..very quiet and looks nice. Great price! :)) And, of course I'd like to win a gift card, but my luck?!? :))
