I recently purchased a Redstone Heater at the Sauk Centre Tractor Supply store. The staff were friendly, professional and they assisted with carrying the heater out to my car. I am very pleased with the heater; it is attractive and heats the area nicely as advertised. Thank you!!!

The worst online experience I’ve ever had

The heater is cute and works well. However, the legs do not go on easily. In fact, there isn't one leg that I was able to get all 3 screws lined up and well tightened. So the heater is very wobbly. The instructions make it sound like the legs will somehow snap in and then the screw holes will line up and you put them in. There is no snapping in. And some of the holes don't line up so the screw can't even go in. This was so frustrating. If anyone has a solution, I'd love to hear it.

This heater uses way less electricity than my beautiful electric fireplace. I purchased my electric fireplace furniture on Wayfair.com and it is an energy drainer my light bill doubled this past winter. So, I unplugged it and purchased this heater and my electric bill went down. The good thing about this is it blows heat out down low. So, if you have a cold floorin winter this is the heater for you.

I am very happy with my purchase of Isa Brown chicks and the chicken supplies that we got for cheap! We got one feeder, one waterer, feed, and a chicken swing. Employees were efficient and friendly!!! Made our buying experience as a family very memorable and saved some money!!!

After years of looking for a stove heater for our home we finally settled on this Redstone. It is small enough to sit in the corner of our living room and not look out of place. When just using the fireplace feature, you can't tell if it is real or not when you are at a distance. The heating of the room is a bit on the weak side. I wished it heated more, but the room is fairly large. Would I purchase it again? Probably.

Had to try it out on the front porch because we haven't had cold weather since I ordered it. (We've been using A/C) Appears to work well with plenty of heat coming out the bottom.

Our furnace went out. We put this in our bedroom, and it kept our bedroom and bathroom warm for the four days we were without heat.

The product started spitting out sparks from the heating unit after about 6 weeks, 2 weeks after TSC's return policy. No response to my request for a refund from from TSC customer service. 0 stars, do not recommend and maybe buy from somewhere else.

Easy assembly. A little smaller than I expected but looks good on my porch. Heating is efficient.

Good space heater with a nice appearance

Very pleased. I have a small loft above my garage. The whole thing is very well insulated. This keeps it at a comfortable temperature.

It worked for a season & now the middle button won't "click' you have to have all three for it to run. I really liked it before that.. asthetics were nice instrad of just a heater but it hasn't lasted as other heaters have . Not pleased - not a quality mechanism inside.

Heats my living room very well in spite of the large front window, smaller side window and wood exterior door and open entranceway to the rest of the home. i think i have only used it on the lower setting so far because its been very adequate for the room so i would say it could heater a larger room/ area. My room is 11 x 15 with a ceiling height of 8 feet . Also, my home has a closed floor plan; this matters too i would say; if you have an large open floor plan it may not work for zone heating as well as you were hoping. Do not expect this to heat every separate room of a home with 1000 SFLA simultaneously to the same warmth. Also this type of heater (infrared quartz) may not be all that effective for an unheated garage or basement; i feel it is a great product for supplemental / zone heating . I lower the thermostat for my furnace and run this heater in the room /zone i want to be warmer than the set thermostat temp . I just ordered another one for a different area in my home because it works well and I love the ambience it gives.

I’m very pleased with the Red Stone heater’s quality and performance. I like the controls , where you can select the temperature and wattage.
