Purina Delta Lamb and Ewe Breeder DX30 Medicated Sheep Feed is an innovative feed designed to meet the needs of both producing ewes and growing lambs in one convenient-to-feed formula. This unique approach supports efficient feeding management while meeting the nutritional needs of both life stages. The formula encourages early feed intake in young lambs, helping them get off to a strong start. At the same time, it supports milk production in ewes and helps them maintain healthy body condition. The small pellet size and higher fat content make the feed highly palatable and easy to consume. It also contains Deccox to help control coccidiosis. Added ammonium chloride helps reduce the risk of urinary calculi, while vitamin E and selenium provide additional nutritional support.

Best Results Feed at a rate of 0.756 lbs to sheep/lamb weighing 50 lbs to provide 22.7 mg decoquinate per 100 lb of bodyweight (0.5 mg/kg) per day. Feed at least 28 days during period of exposure to coccidiosis or when it is likely to be a hazard.
Caution: Do not use in feeds containing bentonite. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested feed to animals as it may cause illness, performance loss or death. Even at that juncture, it would be miniscule amounts. Around 4-5 weeks of age before their rumen develops enough to really crave creep feed.
