    Bales ripped open

    If you do store pick-up, it ships as-is with no extra packaging, so all of my bales were ripped open in 6+ places each. Some were taped with clear tape by the shipper, and others were losing soil. Luckily, I had some duct tape in my car so I could patch them up before taking them home. If TSC/Promix are going to ship them as-is, they need to improve the thickness of the plastic wrapping to be a higher mil strength or double-wrap them to prevent them from ripping open before customer pick-up.

    Busted bales

    Every bale was busted and completely, completely taped up with packing tape. To drive that far and see that for something I need, not want. Disgusted. I know they are going to sale it to someone that doesn't need it. Waited 2 weeks and wasted gas for that.
