This Power Wizard 656 ft. Polywire Electric Fence Wire is ideal for permanent and semi-permanent fencing. The combination of stainless steel and copper in the electric fencing provides ample conductivity across the entire enclosure. The thicker design of the fencing wire warns animals about the barrier before they reach the electric shock. Its polyethylene construction also offers enhanced durability.

It came damaged and tied from the manufacturer

This is a 6 strand wire and about 200 feet in, 3 of the strands were broken and half the plastic fibers were broken as well. that half was tied in a knot. The package came wrapped so doubtful someone wasted time resealing to return so that means it came from the manufacturer like that. it wasn't just split, someone took the time to tie it.
