Works on various weeds in ponds and lakes, including submerged, floating, and shoreline weeds such: American Pondweed, Bladderwort, Clasping Leaf Pondweed, Coontail, Curly Leaf Pondweed, Eurasian Watermilfoil, Hydrilla/Elodea, Lily Pads, Sago Pondweed, Southern Naiad, and Water Shield. Not an algaecide and will not treat or kill green water algae, algae mats that resemble moss, or string algae. Not recommended for use on your lawn, turf, bermuda or crab grass / crabgrass, or brush. Formulated to remedy aquatic weed growth and will not target any tree, root, stump, seaweed, or cattail patch. Use pond weed remover solution with Airmax Treatment Booster Plus all season long on actively growing plants for best results. Early-season emergent treatments may require additional applications. Easy to apply using a tank sprayer. Concentrated herbicide will be mixed, travel through the hose and out sprayer applicator nozzle, making direct contact with weeds. 32 fl oz treats up to 5,000 sq ft. Active ingredient / chemical is diquat. Treated vegetation will begin to brown and die within 7-10 days. Remove dead weeds using a cutter, rake, or other tool. Removal will prevent decaying plants from adding to the total muck and sludge layer of your waterbody. When used as directed, chemicals will not harm fish, wildlife, birds, livestock, pets, or dogs.
