    If the box wasn't smashed it may have been good

    Got delivered in a smashed box missing parts sent back and the following days the same box was trying to be delivered if it wasn't missing part it may have been a good winch can't blame tractor supply for that but if you have on shipped to the house see if there can be someone that can be there to get it
