Horrible quality

Do not buy the clips constantly come off so my dog is running around with no collar on leaving you to go find it where it decides to fall off. I had to rig it up with zip ties to get it to stay on. I have a 25lbs English cocker spaniel which I know are hard headed but I worked up to the 19 shock level and he don’t even flinch do not waste your money on this garbage

Cheap collar strap makes collar pointless

We ordered this system along with an extra collar for our 2 puppies. The collar didn't last a week. It loosened a little every time we put the collars on them making it very ineffective. When the puppies would play one collar repeatedly fell off by unclipping at the receiver. We even tried to place snaps to keep the collars from loosening and the clip on the receiver still ended up being the weak point. The collar lasted less than a week. The button on the remote for the vibration/shock would stick if you applied any more than a slight pressure. Had to send back for replacement.

I Absolutely Hate the Strap..

Only thing I hate about this is the Rubber Strap Collar, I haft to keep Adjusting it to size cause it keeps loosening itself… Should be made of a Nylon Strap Instead & I worry about the Longevity of the Strap.. They should Just go ahead & Send a Nylon Replacement Strap…

Poor Design

The design of this collar is flawed. Due to the collar straps being removable at the point where the neck band attaches to the actual device, my dog is able to get this collar off like it is nothing - making this collar basically useless. I had hoped the design would be a bit more advanced considering the cost of this collar, what a waste.

No, I do not recommend this product.
