Terrible product, collar band is made out of slippery material, loosens up on it's own. Came off our dog never to be seen again.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This thing is the biggest piece of junk I ever bought. The collar is designed with a half circle piece of plastic that clips onto the mechanism. My dog pops this off multiple times a day. I am not looking at ways I can modify it to stay on. This thing is worthless

Do not buy this the little clips holding the collar to the device keep falling off. I had to zip tie it to hold it together. It goes to level 19 stimulation and my 25lbs dog don’t even flinch do not buy this

Horrible quality

Do not buy the clips constantly come off so my dog is running around with no collar on leaving you to go find it where it decides to fall off. I had to rig it up with zip ties to get it to stay on. I have a 25lbs English cocker spaniel which I know are hard headed but I worked up to the 19 shock level and he don’t even flinch do not waste your money on this garbage
