I'm on my third collar and all of them end up having the same issue of the battery life. This is very frustrating because of the price and warranty claims are only good for 1 year. Mine always goes out around 2 or 3 years. Wish they could make them replaceable batteries or fix the claim time frame especially for loyal customers.

I am on my third remote trainer. I needed a replacement for my 300 yard collar which is about 3 years old and working good. I just misplaced my collar. I couldn’t get along without it. My dog minds me so well when she has it on. She missed having it on also because she waits for my signal for which is usually just the audio button. Having the second collar gives me comfort in knowing I am likely not going to be without a collar again. I have seen some new updated remote trainers and I am anxious to try one.

These work great together and all from 1 remote. Also, the low setting is gently enough for our little Dauschund.

Shortly after I bought this, the screen to the remote became cloudy inside. It looks like it's scratched from the inside, but the glass is not broken in any way. They can't offer a solution, even a few years later. Also, the port receptors have now broken off into the collar. So now I can't charge it, and it is worthless. The two prongs fall off frequently, which they did replace one time recently for free. But honestly, it's too expensive to last such a short time without messing up. I'm very disappointed in this product. Especially because when it does work, it is a great tool.
