Faulty fastener.

The way the collar straps fastens to the trainer that gets my dogs attention is completely inadequate. It has came undone multiple times and now we have lost it. $ wasted.
The pins should go thru the collar ends not just simple snap in place. Or like the original a one piece strap that threads thru the device.

Very useful

This device is quite useful. It was easy to figure out and it has several features. I put it on my dog and use it in the vibration mode as he is only 7 lbs and I don’t want to hurt him. When he gets to barking a little push off the button quiets him down. It’s pretty helpful when people are ringing your doorbell or stopping by for a visit as we all know little dogs like to bark. I certainly recommend this device 100%.

The collar is great and adapts well to the system! It has great battery life, fit, and durability. It has helped me train two of my dogs and would recommend!
