Unfortunately the way this collar is made it would not stay on my Dog. The actual part with the prongs would come loose and make it ineffective. (She is scared of tones though) I was lucky enough to find it several times. However, this time, I can’t. And I have now learned that the location it shows is inaccurate. The map shows it in my front yard, I’ve scoured 3 acres Unfortunately I’m not finding a way to order a replacement collar. When I bought this system, I read you could add a dog. That was a huge reason I bought it as I have a new dog added to the farm with a busy highway nearby. That doesn’t seem to be an option now that this has been marked way down and a new very expensive model has came out. For the cost, especially after buying this one at the original price, I believe I’ll be better off exploring other brands. There is a reason they came out with a new version. The system is extremely complicated, we bought 2 collars less than 1 month ago and 1 already does not charge correctly. I’m not impressed with the system overall.

I live in a rural area and bought these for my 2 dogs and they worked perfectly for about 6-8 months before we started having issues. When I called they told me that there was an update that didn’t take so we updated it and it worked off and on for a for the next few months. Recently I had to call them again because my dog slipped the collar off and for some reason wouldn’t connect and when I called they basically told me to redownload the app and reconnect the bases and collars. Well the other collar was lost but luckily I have another one so I did the updates reconnected everything and it worked for about a day or so. My dog somehow slipped it off again and when I checked the app to track the collar it says that it’s charging or charged but no location. So now that 2 lost collars and I have no ideas where he lost them.

Customer support has been great, however, they can’t help their product doesn’t work as advertised. I’ve had the collar for over a year and purchased when it was 499.99. It seemed to work well for about 10 months before issues stared to arise. It would lose signal, start beeping for correction inside the house, not notify when dog left fence, doesn’t even notify when it lost signal, would show it’s on the charger even after driving miles down the road with collar held outside. Something with their service changed and now the collar is useless. I could have spent 500 on a good fence instead.
