The PetSafe FlexContact Pet Collar Contact Points are designed to move with your pet's movements. The rubber base on these pet collar contact points "gives" while the stainless steel tip maintains contact with your dog's skin. The pet collar contact points offer greater wearing comfort with the same effectiveness as traditional PetSafe contacts. The probes on the pet collar contact points are 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) long. Use these pet collar contact points with select PetSafe Remote Training & Fencing products.

I’ll soon be in my third set bc they don’t last. They unscrew from the collar just by being worn and/or the metal tip randomly falls out.

We're so sorry for any misunderstanding on how these prongs function, Karl! Please know that with any prongs, it is crucial to tighten them around once a week. This is because particularly with young and/or active dogs, prongs can and do loosen during normal wear. For this reason as mentioned in our manuals we always recommend regular tightening using the prong wrench portion of the test light tool that originally came with your collar.

Does Not Fit Collar

Does not fit the contact points of the collar I have. The description said that it fits all petsafe wireless fence collars, but it does not.

Although these contact points are compatible with some PetSafe collars, they are not compatible with all.
