Q: On the middle photo in the corner there is a picture of two black round thingies, and one angular thingy and two screws. But it doesn't show how to attach them to the fence or base. I am curious to know what is the purpose of these additionals ?

- A: The picture provided by the vendor shows: 4 in. H x 1 in. W Powder-Coated Steel Swing Gate Wheel for Temporary Fencing. you can attach it to the Fence to turn it into a temporary swing gate. The other item in the picture, is a panel clamp to clamp two fence pieces together. You are correct in that they would not attach to the base. *Please note that the vendor provides this pictures and they aren't always accurate to what comes with the product.
