The product was used and had missing parts. It was dirty and they were trying to sell it as if it was new. I did a return on the product and they didn’t have a replacement for it.

It gets a small room nice and cold. Haven't run it in a bigger room. It collects a lot of water in the bottom drain tray. Use a drain bucket and hose from the beginning, even if you're not going to use it on Dry mode. Don't do what I did. I never ran it in dry mode, after a few weeks it still threw the dreaded P1 code. I tried to size it up to figure out the best way to drain it from an upstairs room of the house, and just the slightest tilt it leaked all through the bottom and out the front bottom and across the floor. Had to get it up on a table to drain from the bottom plug.. Save yourself a couple rolls of paper towels and strain on your back and let it drain fill the top plug (and remove the black rubber stopper) to the bucket the entire time you use it The manufacturer instructions should really express how critical it is to set it up to drain even if you're not using it as dehumidifier

In mid July '24 this unit was a life saver when my home AC unit "died". It worked extremely well in a 17' x 17' bedroom, bath, and hallway. Casters made it easy to move. Installation was easy as all needed parts are included. Purchased at Tractor Supply in Wheeling, WV. Now having a new home AC unit, I am willing to sell this fine unit that was used for only five days.
