This is a powerful little unit. I use it and one other LG portable along with three fans to cool four large rooms. I wasn't looking for Wi-Fi connectivity but I really like it now that I have it. This unit is really very quiet. I have not had any issues with condensation as it has a fan that blows on the catch tray and keeps it evaporated well. The exhaust hose is permanently connected to the back to the unit and the window fitting sits in a tray on the back of the unit so storage in the off season will be easy. Installation could not have been easier. Since I have found LG portables I don't want any other brand.

Not happy with unit.

Unit condenser makes a loud noise. Have to place a spacer under the front legs to quiet the unit down. Not sure why.
Also the buttons on the top for changing temperature, the temp up button never worked from new. After over a month of waiting for parts on a brand new unit, they discovered that the plastic button mold on the top cover never formed properly.
Disappointed with the unit. This is the most expensive type of portable AC unit I could find.

I’m lucky to live in an area where it doesn’t usually get too hot and I can just open the windows. This has provided relief on those few days when the heat is unbearable. It’s easy to pull out of the closet and set up. I put in the living room and it keeps my entire one bedroom condo comfortable.
