I love this unit

This is not incentivize, I paid for this item with my own money and I am a regular customer.
I really enjoy this portable AC.
The pros:
Easy installation
The thermostat goes to 60° typically ACS today only go to 62°
Mine shoots out ice cubes, I'm being facetious but it blows out extremely cold air
It comes with everything you need including the window attachment
It auto evaporates,so there should be no drying unless you use the dehumidifying feature and it comes with a hose. Some units you have to drain so far I have not had to.
If you live in a more humid climate you may want to take that under consideration I don't.
Cons
It's heavy about 20 more pounds compared to a regular BTU of this size that would go into a window, it's also awkward weight it's all on the bottom and not uniform.
It kind of sounds like a refrigerator running and the fan at high is not going to be as strong as a window unit. Doesn't seem to reach as far into the room but it is still impactful.
Just know that if you use an air conditioner for White noise you'll get more of that refrigerator motor noise but I wouldn't say that it is loud.
It's expensive, these are almost $100 more than the window units.
Overall weighing the pros and the cons I'm very pleased, I'm comfortable and my family and I love it.
I run a fan in the room on medium to give me that white noise and it doesn't diminish the cooling capability. I actually think it's a lot quieter than a regular AC and the window but what you hear is more of the motor than the fan blowing but again it didn't bother me.
