For a tank designed to install 2 different directions for 2 different sizes of pickup beds it is lacking 2 different ways of removing the water, not just 1. Although the 1 way is ingenuous, being able to get almost all of the water out by syphoning. If you wanted to take up all the space between the wheel wells, the exit is blocked by the wheel well. I'm looking for the same type of outlet to install where I need it to USE to give me the most space in the bed of the truck.
