Great product but one hiccup!

2 years ago
I would give 5 stars but one of the 4 stools I ordered had a screw hole that was stripped, so after you glue the thing together, then the stripped hole was discovered so there's no way the screw will stay in the hole and safely hold it all together. The glue is only part of the "holding it all together" so I didn't feel safe not using the last screw. I've contacted Lamps Plus and have returned the damaged stool. Waiting on a replacement. Stay tuned and I will give an update.
