OK tank, non-existent customer service

Good part: Tank is one piece. Other than puncture, this tank should not leak. The last 2 RubberMaid tanks I bought have leaked at the seams in less than 6 months. The color grey should reduce the heat load and potentially keep water a bit cooler.
Bad part: Customer service with the manufacturer is non-existent. I would count the 3 year warrenty as unless. I contacted them via email, phone and Facebook message with a question about the float valve and never heard back. Regarding the float valve, the Little Giant will not fit without some modification. I was able to make new brackets and it works. Assume there are other floats that fit, but given the manufacturer does not respond, guess I will never know
.Bottom line. It was a return at the store, so got a good price. Tank seems ok. Would not buy at regular price.
No, I do not recommend this product.
