Never received but charged!

I have tried several times at different hours waiting for someone to answer the phone after waiting 30 minutes at the customer service number. I was charged…says order received and waiting postal pick up. 12/31/2025….its now Jan 31 and store referred me to customer service. Where is someone to answer the phone ??😖

Great Fruit wood

The Peach Pellets burn constantly and has a great sweet subtle flavor. I mix this Peach with Hickory, Oak and Mesquite when slow smoking brisket and the flavor of the meat is amazing. Mixing a blend of Peach, Cherry & Hickory is outstanding when slow smoking baby back ribs and St. Louis ribs. I never used Peach alone when smoking chicken but I am going to assume that it would be flavorful just as using Cherry wood. Blending Peach with Hickory & Mesquite is great when smoking chicken.

Yes, I recommend this product.
