Great Flavor, but a bit of a liability.

I've used these pellets twice now, and both times around the 2 hour mark they start to back burn and smoke starts coming out of the hopper. When I use Costco's pellets, also used twice, there haven't been any issues.
I really like the flavor the apple blend lends to the meats, but I'm not comfortable leaving my smoker alone.
No, I do not recommend this product.
