It ran great until the 3rd month. The metal valve stem is seized and the plastic knob stripped as a result. I had to go through warranty with Mr heater and get replacement , they sent me a heat star. which I can say is way better than this Mr. Heater. I would recommend getting this on sale and make sure you register it immediately, so they can send you a new one when yours breaks.

Big waste of money

There is no fan to spread air around so it reaches temperature before room does. You have to stand right in front of it if you want to stay warm. Takes up to much space to not heat a room.

Super hot, but never stayed lit

First of all, it's huge. Way bigger than I anticipated. Secondly, when it stayed lit it was crazy hot, which is fine. Thirdly, it never stayed lit. Drove us crazy. Fourth, we purchased it online and we picked it up and we were given a used item. We paid full price, but the one we were given had a discount tag on it. Needless to say we returned the item.

Does not heat

Heater worked for two weeks. Since then heat just stops. Had my previous heater for 7 years.
