Great Heater, Shipping Stinks

The entire back was broken off the heater when I received it. Mr Heater support is worthless at best. Rep fought with me about what parts were needed. I was told I could not return the heater as it already had fuel in it. As of now, the heater works great although it looks like it is falling apart. This is a common issue - read reviews on various sites and you'll see. I tecommend buying it in a store and checking it out prior to taking it home.
