i purchased the heater,it can in damaged...customer service tech recieved picures & saw product was damaged..we tried to repair it over the phone but wasnt successful...i was told that they we sending out a new one from company but i reached out to store & no one has contacted me yet...just waiting on some response...thanks

Holy cow this thing is awesome! We bought another heater that was propane powered but supposedly the same BTU. This thing blows it out of the water. It heats a 30x50 shop with 16’ ceiling and zero insulation in 30-45 min. On a 30* day, we might run it for 30 min 4 times and then we maintain with the propane heater. I honestly thing we could have just bought this one and it would have been plenty. We have messed with 80k BTU torpedo heaters in the past and they just never seemed to take the chill off. This thing does it with ease and very little odor (we run kero). We have had a CO monitor about 15’ away and it has never gone above 0. Highly recommend!
