a good starter model

i can honeslty say for a smaller model of meat slicer its such an easy model to both use and clean, having worked with larger, older and more complex models in the past for work reasons, this makes meat slicing at home an overall must have as a starter tool in your carnivore journy.

I just received this slicer as a Christmas gift. I just had to try it out so I used it to slice up the rest of the boneless ham from dinner. We selected a thickness that wasn't the thickest nor the thinnest; somewhat in the middle. Sliced each piece perfectly, and clean-up was easy and quick too.
