Have a large grinder for bigger jobs. Got this one for smaller jobs as clean up is much easier. Just made a batch of boudin. Couldn't be more pleased. Have a Weston kitchen grinder that I'm giving away as it's irritatingly loud, the latch that is supposed to lock down the head doesn't work, and so on and so on.
