I have had this for a couple of months now. The heat it provides is amazing for my big garage. Low odor and fast heat up. But, ... once it get to the temperature that you set the thermostat to, it takes a long time to kick back on. The thermostat is located above the heating element and fan. So it get warmer than the air temp. Say you set it to 71 degrees. It will heat to 71 and kick of as it should. Then you can watch the temp gauge keep rising, the thermostat is getting warmed from the unit. After it kicks off, this thing will go to 80 or 90 degrees while the ambient can drop as low as 55. After a long time the unit cools off and then recognized ambient temp again. So if you get cold you have to go crank the knob way up to get it to kick back on.

It's a great price for the amount of btu's it puts out ,I purchased the 215 model,it cuts on no problem, it puts out great heat and seems too be good on gas .that's the good ,the bad if you have more than a quarter of a tank in it and dont keep it level when moving it leaks gas out of the tank! and after useing 3 times its starting too smoke out of the back after turning it off!
