Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seriously? Again? I bought this motor back in March of 2018. I returned it the same week because the motor says it is reversible. When you wire it for clockwise rotation it will not spin. So that being said this is June 2018. I decide to give Tractor Supply another chance and I purchase the motor again. Well lo and behold when I get it home it is the exact same motor that I returned in March. They sold it to me again. What are these people thinking when someone returns a motor that isn't working correctly you send it back to the factory, not keep it in stock and wait for some other schmuck to buy it. Cuz the schmuck that bought it was the same schmuck that bought it the first time and returned it. That's bad business Tractor Supply. I used to love going there but I'm not so sure anymore. Good luck trying to change my mind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very good I hate to say it but an HF motor at five horse power has significantly less amp during the dryer and gives me a better cutting with the tablesaw. This thing I don't know if it's overrated or what but it sure Zack isn't very good for a tablesaw which is listed on the box I'm going to return it and go to HF and get the smaller one for after price that works better

what size braker in the electric box do you use

Asked by: webebse
The GEX36531 6 hp motor has full load amps of 23 Amps. A lot has to do with how far from panel is the wire being run to the outlet. 12 gauge wire is good for 20 amps. This motor pulls 23 amps, so best bet is to use 10 gauge wire with a 2 pole 30 amp breaker. 10 gauge wire with a 2 pole 30 amp breaker will give you plenty of room for inrush current on start up.

Will this replace the motor on a Ingersoll Rand 80 (sku# 349612999)

Asked by: Sauceybrewer
This motor has a 5/8 shaft on a 56 frame. If the Ingersoll Rand motor has the same specs, this could replace it.
